What: Join us for our annual Town Close School bonfire and fireworks party at Tacolneston Hall by kind permission of the Darrell Family. The event is great fun for all the family and hugely popular with the children. Set in an open field in the Norfolk countryside, plenty of parking and a BBQ, a toilet onsite, cash bar serving lager, bitter and mulled wine, hot drinks, sweet stall, popcorn machine and the glowsticks stall – Don’t forget your wellies and torches!
6pm doors open – All stalls open, Just after 7pm Fireworks show
Where: Tacolneston Hall. (From Norwich, once in Talconeston, pass the Pelican pub on your left, take the next right down Hall Road. Tacolneston Hall gates will be on your right. PTA volunteers will be in high visibility clothing to direct you.
Cost: We have made a few additions to previous years, primarily we now have a professional company providing the fireworks, more flood lighting, cordoned off areas with safety netting, children’s straw bale area, our own popcorn machine. However we appreciate that taking the whole family out can be a costly affair so we feel that £9 per person offers value per ticket. We are also offering family tickets for families with 3 or more children at a reduced rate of £36 (all children must be from own family). Under 3’s free.
Whats included with the £9: A professional fireworks show, An Archers butchers sausage in a Ketts Hill bakery fresh roll, freshly cooked onions, mustard/ketchup, gluten free and vegetarian available on request at booking. Bottles of water for the children will be readily available free of charge.
Hot drinks, mulled wine, alcohol, sweets, popcorn, cake stall and glow sticks will be available to buy.
£1 from each ticket goes to the Cystic Fibrosis Trust.
Please come and along and support the PTA. Read this article to see where the raised money goes.
