AUCTION ITEM 1: Now open for bidding
Exciting News – Our First Auction Item is Live!
With the Ball fast approaching and menu choices soon to be revealed, we’re thrilled to announce that bidding is now open for our very first auction item!
A Night in the Meadow Suite at Shotesham Park
Thanks to the incredible generosity of Shotesham Park, we are offering an exclusive overnight stay in their beautiful Meadow Suite on the night of the May Ball.
This prize includes:
• A one-night stay for two people
• Direct access to the suite from the venue courtyard
• A complimentary breakfast basket the following morning
This offer is only available to May Ball ticket holders and is non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
How to Bid:
• Bidding is open now until Sunday, 28th April
• The highest bid will win
• The winner will be announced during the week commencing 28th April
• Once notified, the winner must pay their bid amount to the PTA within 24 hours
• If payment is not received, the offer will be passed to the next highest bidder

Advertising Opportunity
We are offering opportunities to advertise in our May Ball marketing material, which will be shared with the full Town Close Community. This will be open until the 11th April 2025.

Town Close PTA
We have an amazing community at Town Close and a passionate Parent Teacher Association (PTA) who work closely with the school to raise additional funding through our events and second hand uniform shop.
